Our Commitment

Mozaika Foundation is deeply grateful for every donation. Because funds are directed to children’s programs promptly, donations are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that mistakes happen and we will handle every request with care and fairness.

General Policy

All donations to Mozaika Foundation are considered final and non-refundable, as they are allocated to ongoing programs for children with autism and families affected by war.

Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Refund

We will consider a refund in the following situations:

Duplicate donation — if you accidentally donated the same amount more than once in the same transaction session.

Unauthorized transaction — if you did not authorize the donation and have evidence of unauthorized use of your payment method.

Technical error — if a technical malfunction caused an incorrect amount to be charged.

Significant discrepancy — if the amount charged differs materially from the amount you intended to donate.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of the transaction date:

• Subject line: “Donation Refund Request — [Your Name] — [Date of Donation]”
• Include: your name, email used for donation, amount, date, and reason for the request

We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 10–14 business days, subject to the processing timelines of your bank or payment provider.

Recurring Donations

If you have set up a recurring donation and wish to cancel it, please contact us at least 5 business days before the next scheduled payment. We will cancel the recurring schedule and confirm in writing.

US Donors — Tax Implications

If a refund is issued for a US tax-deductible donation made through Myriad USA, please note that the tax deduction for that amount would no longer apply. We recommend consulting your tax adviser.
